I don’t need it, so why even download it? Well, it’s darn handy. If you’ve got a Diz, Gemma, Ursula or Izabella transmitter, we highly recommend this app. Customize your speakers, headphones and transmitters by giving them quirky, eccentric names. Know at a glance what devices are bonded and playing. Control each receiver’s volume individually, or all together. Set up whether each is playing stereo, mono, left or right audio. SKAA cmd has all that and more.
SKAA cmd works with these four transmitters:
Click a receiver’s name to change it to something more interesting
Click a green bond block to set audio channel routing:
Not all of these options are enabled on all receivers
Click a speaker icon to Mute & Unmute; you can tell that a receiver is muted when the speaker icon is flashing and the slider has lost all of its color

The Bad News: As you probably already know, if you upgraded your device to iOS 11, SKAA “Diz” transmitters for Lightning connector-equipped iPhones, iPads and iPods just stop working. At first, we suspected there was a bug introduced in iOS 11. We were wrong. What we discovered was, that there is a certain digital handshake process that our Diz transmitters have done incorrectly all along —and all of the iOS versions prior to iOS 11 just let it slide. iOS 11, however, dutifully checks for this handshake and since Diz does it incorrectly, iOS 11 refuses to send audio to Diz. That is why you’ve been unable to transmit SKAA audio from your iOS device using SKAA Diz transmitters since upgrading to iOS 11.
The Good News: We have fixed the problem with Diz and we’re offering a trade in program. You return your Diz to us and we’ll ship you a reprogrammed Diz with the iOS 11 problem fixed. We pay for your new Diz, but you pay for the shipping (mailing Diz in a bubble envelope works fine, so shipping will be relatively cheap). Lesson Learned. Diz has sure seen some trouble in 2017 and many of us have suffered. Much of this trouble stems from the fact that the Diz transmitter does not allow its internal software (that is, it’s “firmware”) to be upgraded by end users like you and me. And that’s why we here at SKAA are so jazzed to announce that we will, within 12 months, discontinue Diz and replace it with a brand new SKAA transmitter for Lightning connector-equipped Apple iOS devices, one which can have its firmware upgraded by all of us end users via a new, improved version of the SKAA cmd app.
